Terms of Service

Airevsol provides website development, hosting, and maintenance services, along with AI automation services including chatbots, workflow automation, lead capture pipelines, and related maintenance and hosting retainers. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

Pricing shown on this site is presented as a range and reflects typical project scope. The exact price for your project is confirmed during the AI Automation Audit call or initial project consultation, before any work or payment is required.

One-time setup projects and audits are invoiced per the terms agreed at the start of the engagement. Monthly retainers (maintenance, hosting, chatbot management) are billed on a recurring basis and may be cancelled with notice as specified in your service agreement.

Clients who purchase a Website Development service (Website Creation, Hosting, or Maintenance) receive one complimentary AI Automation Consultation. This offer has no cash value, is limited to one per client engagement, and does not obligate the client to purchase any AI Automation service.

Timely delivery depends on clients providing requested content, access credentials, and feedback within reasonable timeframes. Delays in providing these may extend project timelines.

Airevsol is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered websites or automation systems, beyond the fees paid for the specific service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under Canadian jurisdiction.
